AKANKSHAA was started on March 8, 2015, on International Women’s Day as a Career Restarter Initiative for Women.

AKANKSHAA was providing support for only Women earlier and slowly it started providing the support to all, irrespective of any gender.

It also extended its helping hands to various Social service activities like, regular medical camps, fund raising for a Cause, for various NGOs, Orphanages, Old Age Homes, etc.

It joined hands in Operations & Management support for various upcoming and existing Startups for smooth and hassle free operations, especially with  budding Women Entrepreneurs as priority.

AKANKSHAA has been and is always a Women Career Restarter supporter and our supporting hands are always there with women.

Our Founder Uma Mallikarjun, herself being a Career Restarter has gone through the hard phase of restarter struggle, which led to the birth of AKANKSHAA.

As a growing baby in stages it has seen lots of ups and downs in its path.

Today it has grown as a business service provider and a consulting Firm along with its network and appreciate and thank all its Supporters from candidates, clients, associates, partners, volunteers, etc 

AKANKSHAA is re-launched as Akankshaa Business Services and Consulting on May 14, 2021, with the below aim and goal & objectives  ! 

Akankshaa’s Aim is to grow with our Network and support our network also to grow with us.

Akankshaa’s Goal is to grow as the India’s proud women’s Career Restart supporting firm.

Akankshaa’s Objectives is to be an Unique firm, support as much as we can to grow all our Client’s business, but prioritize women entrepreneur’s support which is our main goal. Grow with our network and also allow our network to grow in return with us !
